EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 18, 2026

Your photos stay yours.

This policy explains how DayClear, an application provided by Umor LLC, handles information. DayClear is designed to work locally on your device and does not require an account.

1. The short version

DayClear accesses the photo library you authorize so it can display photos for review and carry out deletion choices you confirm. DayClear does not upload, transmit, sell, rent, or share your photos. Umor does not operate a DayClear photo server or use Firebase for DayClear.

2. Photo-library access

With your permission, DayClear reads photo identifiers, local file references, filenames, dimensions, and creation or modification times supplied by the device photo library. This information is used on-device to identify new photos, show reviews, estimate potential space savings, and maintain your Saved for Later list.

You can provide full access, limited access where supported, or no access. DayClear provides controls to select more photos or open device Settings. DayClear cannot perform its core review function without access to at least some photos.

3. Deletion

DayClear never deletes photos automatically. When you choose deletion, DayClear asks the operating system to remove the selected device-library assets. Your device may present an additional confirmation. Deleted photos may remain in the operating system’s Recently Deleted area according to your device and photo-service settings.

4. Information saved locally

DayClear may save reminder preferences, review timestamps, review statistics, photo asset identifiers for Saved for Later, and basic application settings in its private application storage. It does not copy your photo files into this storage. These records are used only to operate the app on your device.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, DayClear schedules them locally through your device’s notification system. Reminder time, frequency, and schedule state remain on-device. DayClear does not use a remote push-notification server for these reminders.

6. Accounts, analytics, advertising, and sharing

DayClear does not require or maintain user accounts. It does not use Firebase, behavioral advertising, third-party ad networks, or cross-app tracking. DayClear does not sell personal information or share photo-library information with Umor or third parties.

7. Backups and deletion

Android application backup is disabled for DayClear. Device and operating-system behavior may otherwise preserve or restore limited application preferences according to your personal backup settings. DayClear does not control backups of your system photo library. Uninstalling DayClear removes its ordinary local application data from the device; it does not delete photos from your photo library.

8. Children

DayClear is a general-purpose device utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because DayClear has no accounts or server submission feature, Umor does not receive children’s photo libraries through the app.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when DayClear changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions may be sent to support@wishe.app. DayClear is provided by Umor LLC.
