Terms for using DayClear.

These terms govern your use of DayClear, an application provided by Umor LLC. By using DayClear, you agree to these terms.

1. What DayClear does

DayClear is a device utility that helps you review and organize photos in a photo library you are authorized to access. It provides review, Saved for Later, reminder, and user-confirmed deletion tools.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming deletion and for maintaining any backups you want. Use DayClear only with photo libraries and devices you are authorized to manage.

3. Deletion and third-party photo services

Deletion requests are carried out by your operating system and may affect synchronized services such as iCloud Photos or Google Photos according to their settings. Recently Deleted retention, recovery, synchronization, and permanent removal are controlled by those services—not DayClear. Review their behavior before deleting important photos.

4. Permissions and availability

Some functionality requires photo or notification permission. You may change permissions in device Settings, but doing so may limit features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue DayClear features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or operating-system version.

5. Ownership

DayClear, its design, software, branding, and related materials belong to Umor LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the application. They do not transfer ownership of the software. You retain your rights in your photos.

6. Prohibited use

Do not reverse engineer DayClear except where law expressly permits it, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or attempt to use it to access another person’s photo library without authorization.

7. Disclaimers

DayClear is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that estimated file sizes are exact or that every device, cloud-library state, or third-party photo service will behave identically.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umor LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss arising from deletion choices, device behavior, or third-party photo synchronization. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. Questions may be sent to support@wishe.app.
